Refunds & Returns Policy 

Handmade Skincare Notice:

All our products are handmade with care and intended for personal use. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once products has been opened. 

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your orders arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Please not that we do not offer cash refinds.

EU & International Customers:

Some countries have a 14-day cooling off period for online purchases. However, this does not apply to opened skincare or cosmetic products due to health and safety regulations.

For any issues with your order, email lumishaebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or faulty product. We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.
