Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Domestic order (UK) usually arrive between 2-5 business days. International orders usually arrive between 7-21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Lost or Damaged items:

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please conatct us if your order is missing or arrives damaged.

Customs & Import Taxes:

International Orders – Duties & Import Taxes:

 Lumishae Beauty ships internationally on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before placing an order.

Refund Policy:

Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping costs or any customs duties and import taxes paid on delivery for international orders.
