All orders are handmade and typically dispatch within 1-3 business days, but during busy periods or for custom orders, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Domestic order (UK) usually arrive between 2-5 business days. International orders usually arrive between 7-21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Lost or Damaged items:

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please conatct us if your order is missing or arrives damaged.

Customs & Import Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are collected by the carrier or customs office and are not included in your order total.
